HI! I'M RAGINI
I've personally gained so much out of my yoga practice through better mind-body awareness that in turn has shown me improvements in my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. As an Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor & Yoga Alliance RYS 200 certified teacher, I'm excited to share my practice with all of you. OCTOBER SUNDAY SERIES
A series of Vinyasa-based group classes that connect the breath with fluid movement.
Expect to leave every class feeling stronger, more flexible and ready to take on the week!
Mats and props are provided, and modifications will be given for beginners.
All profits from this series will be donated to the Action for Singapore Dogs Society (ASD)

I’ve done yoga intermittently over the last few years but yoga with Ragini is something I really want to incorporate into my weekly routine. The yoga sessions she conducts make me feel very strong, in control and centered, and I love how my body is pushed and challenged in amazing ways. I love the themes from week to week, the amazing relaxing pop background music, and of course the special chai treats at the end of the session! Most importantly I love how well-planned the session is to really get the most out of the 1 hour. The ache and strength I feel the next morning is what keeps me coming back for more :)
